STRATEGIC PLAN

Our Strategic Plan Goals

At Jeddah Knowledge International School (JKS) we are convinced of the value of strategic planning for our school’s future. In light of this, we have developed the following strategic goals:

To offer educational programs designed to promote academic excellence while ensuring the development of life-long skills, values and attributes to nurture the holistic development of our students

2. Qualification and Professional Development of Teachers, Administrators and Staff

To hire highly qualified, trained, diverse, innovative and technologically adept teachers, staff and administrators

To provide continuous development plans and all the necessary tools and resources required for “best practice”

3. Student Achievement

To guide students to model the attitudes described by the International Baccalaureate (IB) and be well prepared to complete the IB Diploma Program in preference to certificates.

To support their education so that they can successfully achieve American Diplomas and be admitted to prestigious universities locally and worldwide

4. Facilities

To create a safe learning environment and provide all the necessary equipment, tools and resources to support our academic programs and philosophy, objectives and beliefs

5. Communication and Marketing

To continue to maintain our excellent academic reputation for educating students in highly rigorous academic programs such as the International Baccalaureate Continuum Program and the American Diploma

To continue to be a model Saudi Private School for others to follow and consistently contribute effectively to our community by offering “quality education”

To continue to maintain a balanced budget that reflects and supports our educational programs
