School Climate

Positive interaction is crucial to the success of any academic program. We believe each individual is a valued member of the school community. A safe and secure environment fosters mutual respect and an appreciation of individual intelligence. In order to maximize the learning potential of all individuals, the staff and community work toward one goal: “QUALITY OF EDUCATION”.

The JKS school climate will continue to encourage positive social interaction, active participation, and self-motivation.
A concentrated effort is made by the JKS community to apply the fundamental principles of student development and brain function that will lead to improved student morale and personal fulfillment.
Students will develop personal skills for successful social interaction.
Positive action programs such as the “Manners Program” support the development of each student’s self-concept, awareness and control of his/her manners and general conduct.
