In the Middle and Upper school teachers and students work hard at developing these life skills. From a very rigorous curriculum to a structured yet nurturing environment, the educational programme on offer ensures that each student is allowed to develop to his/her fullest potential and maximize their talents and abilities.
At the core of all teaching and learning are our students. We see our students as more than vessels waiting to be filled but rather as unique individuals in every possible way. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and tailor-make our learning experiences so that each student is able to reach her full potential in an environment of mutual respect.
Upper School students are able to choose from a myriad of courses and extra-curricular activities to suit their personal goals while teachers, or rather learning facilitators, deliver lessons to suit every learning style and ability. We provide the tools for lifelong learning while the International Baccalaureate’s Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme ensures that students have the skills necessary to access rigorous programmes at prestigious colleges and universities both locally and internationally.
Our quest for knowledge is fueled by the simple fact that we have to develop future citizens who can successfully contribute to their society. While our students are encouraged to see themselves as global citizens, they are equally prepared for their role as guardians of their language, culture and heritage.
