The IXL Program at JKS

IXL is regarded as very important at Jeddah Knowledge School and it is incorporated into our weekly homework schedule because of its value to our students’ development. The program, which applies to both Math and English, works by offering skills that students practice one at a time, earning them points when they get questions correct. There are lots of drill-and-practice options that allow students to complete work independently. This reinforces their competence in class assignments. Students enjoy the challenges that the questions offer and they are able to have fun while they are learning. The system itself is able to master what a student needs to work on and then offers new experiences to suit their needs. The built-in diagnostic works out what the students’ proficiency levels are in each given topic and subject.
