Throughout the first quarter, we have had the perfect introduction to learning about Who We Are. Our learners have learned about a healthy, balanced-diet, and good exercise habits.
The food pyramid was the basis of our dietary learning. This, in addition to our morning exercises and cyclic PE lessons, including swimming, should stand our learners in good stead, with regard to their physical well-being.
Hopefully, we will see this knowledge transferred to our actions, in order to establish better habits, thus, forming better lifestyles.
